Özlem Kaymaz

A Life Full of Contrasts: Balancing Fame and Fear As a 50-year-old mother of three, my life is a unique blend of national sports achievements, international fame, and the glitz and glamour of the spotlight. However, this successful facade belies the tears and fears that filled sleepless nights in hospital corridors. My son's journey put me on this magical path, one that demanded immense personal growth and continuous education for survival. I had to find my own balance, especially in love.

Questioning his birth, seeking answers, hope, and feeling of compassion, trying to be more resilient and blissful has crashed me down. Searching, learning analyzing and practicing in personal growth and the spiritual world has given me the clarity that being vulnerable and owning that stage is de actual power of WOMEN! I created the opportunity with dedicated work to transform myself and learn to deal with the continuous contrast of intertwined feelings in my life.

'' I did it, so can you ''

In this precious experimenting and developing journey, what had worked for me I kept it, what had served to me I mastered it, when I realized that it can help the others; I blend it well known coaching techniques into my own unique technic to create an educational program to balance the body& mind and to cherish the soul. It helped me and it is helping others and I strongly believe it will transform your life too.

You can stop surviving and actually begin living your Life “Consciously Living “to the fullest.

With compassion in your heart and a huge smile on your face.
